When I went to Google search this night, I was greeted by a  rather unusual  page. I refreshed my browser, as I thought there was some error. But, then I saw a message on Google  Search's page that said:

 "We've turned the lights out. Now it's your turn - Earth Hour."

 For a moment, I thought it was due to the fact that Google's shares have stumbled to an all time low of almost $450 a share from $750, and Google was mourning. But, it turns out that the Big G turned the lights off for a more humble cause - To remind the users in United States on how important it is to conserve energy.   

Well, all I have to say is that its a good thing if companies like Google remind us of how important it is to save energy. I am turning my lights off now. Thank you Google.
